जब कभी बात आती है पर्सनल लोन (Personal Loan) लेने की तो आपको हर कोई यही कहता होगा कि आपका सिबिल स्कोर (Cibil Score) अच्छा होगा, तो लोन मिल जाएगा. हालांकि, जब कोई बैंक किसी शख्स को पर्सनल लोन देता है तो वह सिर्फ उसका सिबिल स्कोर नहीं देखता, बल्कि 3 तरह के रेश्यो भी चेक करता है. इन सब से बैंक ये सुनिश्चित करना चाहता है कि आप बैंक के लोन के पैसे समय से चुका पाएंगे या नहीं. आइए जानते हैं सिबिल स्कोर के अलावा बैंक कौन से 3 रेश्यो चेक करता है.

1- Debt-to-Income (DTI) Ratio
किसी को भी लोन देने से पहले बैंक डेट-टू-इनकम रेश्यो जरूर चेक करता है. यह रेश्यो मंथली डेट पेमेंट और आपकी ग्रॉस सैलरी की तुलना कर के कैल्कुलेट किया जाता है. जितना कम DTI रेश्यो होगा, आपको लोन मिलने के चांस उतने ही अधिक होते हैं. इस रेश्यो के जरिए बैंक से समझता है कि आपके ऊपर पहले से कितने लोन हैं और आपके हाथ में कितना पैसा बचता है.

2- EMI/NMI Ratio
EMI/NMI रेश्यो के जरिए बैंक इस बात का कैल्कुलेशन करता है कि आपकी नेट मंथली इनकम का कितना हिस्सा मौजूदा ईएमआई और प्रस्तावित लोन की ईएमआई पर खर्च होगा. अगर आपकी EMI/NMI 50-55 फीसदी तक है, तब तो ठीक है, लेकिन उससे अधिक रेश्यो होने पर बैंक आपको लोन देने से कतराने लगते हैं. अगर इसके बावजूद बैंक आपको लोन देते हैं तो वह अक्सर अधिक ब्याज दर चार्ज करते हैं.
इस रेश्यो का कैल्कुलेशन खासतौर पर हाउसिंग लोन के मामले में किया जाता है. इस रेश्यो की मदद से रिस्क को समझना आसान हो जाता है. LTV रेश्यो दिखाता है कि आपके लोन की असेट या कोलेट्रल की तुलना में कितनी वैल्यू है. इससे लोन को सिक्योर करने में मदद मिलती है. इस जानकारी का इस्तेमाल कर्ज देने वाला बैंक जरूरी नियम और शर्तें बनाने में करता है.

सिबिल स्कोर भी चेक करते हैं बैंक
यह एक तीन अंकों की संख्या है या यूं कहें कि स्कोर है. इसकी रेंज 300 से लेकर 900 अंकों तक होती है. यह आपके लोन लेने की योग्यता को दिखाता है. आपके पुराने लोन, क्रेडिट कार्ड के बिल आदि के आधार पर यह संख्या तय होती है. अगर आप अपने सारे कर्जों और कार्ड बिल को चुकाते रहते हैं तो आपका सिबिल स्कोर बेहतर होता जाता है, जबकि अगर आप कोई डिफॉल्ट करते हैं तो आपका सिबिल स्कोर खराब होता जाता है.
